The hotel was immaculately clean and exemplary, had beautiful views of the Malvern hills. The standard queen room was cool, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The venue's position was remote.

Had a lovely stay! The golf course was a joy, and our room was spacious with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and attentive, though service could be a bit slow at dinner. The spa was nice, but be sure to book ahead. A good experience!

Excellent country location with easy access for sightseeing in the Malvern/Worcester area. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast.
We were on the second floor and there is no lift. Ask for ground floor room if this will be a problem.

The comfortable beds made it easy to unwind after a long day, ensuring a restful sleep. the well-equipped room had everything I needed, making my experience hassle-free and enjoyable.
I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast options provided. The selection felt limited and left much to be desired, making each morning a bit of a letdown.

Evening meal was of a very poor standard and expensive for the quality. although breakfast was very good. Hotel is very shabby and run down. Toilet in room did not flush properly and the shower had no thermostatic valve. Mattresses on beds were of a poor quality though not uncomfortable.

the location was perfect for exploring the cotswolds, and the spa facilities were first class. our room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the flexibility of the staff regarding our dining arrangements. the food was delicious, though the menu could have been more varied. the atmosphere was calming, and we enjoyed our treatments in the spa.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

The hotel is past its best . There was a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the mattress . The bathroom needed re grouting/tiling. The rest of the hotel needs a lick of paint and a good clean. Chairs in bar area had stains running down them that could easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. Staff very pleasant and they did do us some lunch even though the restaurant was closed. The lunch was a microwaved lasagne but very nicely presented. It seems to be a golfers hotel and is ideal for that purpose. It served our purpose for a one night stay but if I needed to be in Worcester again I would choose another hotel because of the price.

Nothing
Accomodation was scruffy. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast poor and service staff perfunctory . Literature in room proclaimed hotel was 1 mile from Great Malvern station, which is way out.
